Andrea Love
Owner/Choreographer
Andrea Love is the owner and choreographer of Love 2 Dance Studio in which she created in 2003 with her husband Michael Love. Andrea has 20 years of dance experience and has studies Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Belly Dance, Polynesian and Gymnastics with the Popovich Dance and Gymnastic Centers. She continues her studies through various dance seminars and choreography workshops.
Andrea has starred in “The Broadway Show” and “The Fantasy Follies” while fulfilling her nine month contract with Carnival Cruise Lines out of Port Canaveral Florida. She has performed throughout Ohio in many shows and numerous talent competitions such as Dance Educators of America and Dance Masters. In recent shows Andrea has performed with Rthym Acropolis (an African Drum Group) in Cleveland at CSU and was featured on the front page of the Plain Dealer. She has performed at the Ingenuity Festival with the band Infinite Number of Sounds, EJ Thomas Hall with her Belly Dance troupe for a Hurricane Katrina Benefit, an Art and Music Festival for the Civic Theater called Houzzah..Over the last year Andrea was selected to teach an after school Hip Hop class for Copley Elementary as well as instructing a Belly Dance Class for Wadsworth Community Hospitals Wellness Program and was featured in the magazine Akron Life and Leisure for her Belly Dance Instruction .
Abigail Zarych
With the encouragement of her late father, Jody, Abigail Zarych began dancing at the age of 2 and discovered her life long journey. Because of this, she continued to study the many forms of dance throughout her childhood at various dance studios in the Northeastern Ohio area.
In 1998, Abby was among the few to be selected as a student of Kent State University's Dance and Theatre Program, which commenced her pre-professional career as a dance performer. As an aspiring Dance Performance Minor, Abby achieved a number of accomplishments such as becoming a member of the prestigious Kent Dance Ensemble (KDE), interning at Dancing Wheels Dance Company, selected as a key soloist by nationally acclaimed dance company Bridgeman Packer, awarded KSU Best Choreographer 2001-2002, and awarded the highly regarded acknowledgment as The National Dance Associations Outstanding Dance Minor Award 2001-2002.
In 2002, Abby graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Minor in Dance Performance. With her degree, she has held various Account Executive positions in Advertising Sales. By day, she currently works for WKDD and ROCK 106.9 as a Sales Executive and by night she spends her time at Love2Dance pursuing and sharing her passion for dance.
Nicole Bruffy
Nicole has been dancing since the age of 3, she has studied ballet, tap and jazz. She started at a competitive dance studio in Medina, Ohio. After choosing to leave the competition world Nicole moved to a professional ballet studio in Wadsorth, Ohio from the age of 8 to 17. She started pointe at the age of 10 and began taking modern classes in addition to ballet. During this time Nicole was fortunate enough to take summer intensive workshops at the studios which included BalletMet(Columbus, Ohio), Pointe Park College(Pittsburg, Ohio), Steps, Broadway and Joffrey(New York City). There Nicole also attended Character and African Dance classes.
During her senior year in high school she attended ballet and jazz classes at the University of Akron where she learned and grew the most. After high school she went to college at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL and there danced on the dance team. She then moved to Bowling Green, OH where she continued to take dance class in addition to her academic schedule and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Dance.
